Biography
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with nearly 20 years of nursing experience, now focused on helping people care for their mental health at UThrive Health in New Port Richey, Florida. I provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and adults through both in-person and telehealth visits.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, insomnia, PTSD, and substance or alcohol use.
Together, we’ll create a plan that supports healing, growth, and long-term well-being.
